Problem
The engine is off, the display is still lit, and Bluetooth remains connected
Possible Cause:
Newer vehicles often have a 10-15 minute period after you turn off your engine in which your battery remains energized to power some of the lights for better nighttime visibility. Since Launch Pad uses your car’s battery for power, the display and Bluetooth connection will stay on until your battery is completely off. Bluetooth will stay connected as long as you’re within the connection range.
Solution:
No action is required. The display will turn off automatically after three minutes of inactivity. The Bluetooth connection will disconnect when you’re out of the connection range or when the car battery is off.
